Samuel Kofi Diame is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Falcon Crest Investment Limited. Having been engaged in the real estate sector for close to 15 years, he has excellent land acquisition skills and has acquired many plots for residential and commercial property development.

He acquired over one thousands one hundred (1,100) acres of land at South East MacCarthy Hill in Accra for Tare Properties Limited and several other plots for Bonsu Brothers Real Estate Company and Indaase Investment Limited. Samuel has been involved in various land transactions in East Legon and Aplaku.
