Nick Afesi, an accomplished lawyer is the company solicitor on whose shoulders rests the responsibility of ensuring that the company pursues the drive towards the achievement of its Mission amid ethical values.

Nick obtained his Masters in Law from the University of Burmingham - UK in 1994 and LLB from the University of Ghana in 1996.

His brilliant performance saw him rise to the position of Assistant State attorney and he served the nation from 1978 to 1979.

From 1979 to the year 2000 Nick Afesi worked as a senior lecturer in Business and Commercial Law at the Institute of Professional Studies. (IPS) At the School of Administration, University of Ghana he lectured in Commercial Law from 2001 to 2003.
