PROCEDURES FOR PURCHASING LAND AND/OR HOUSE:

1)      Arrange a viewing of the site in person or by a representative

2)      Fill out the application form with the relevant details to complete registration. 

3)      Contract of Sale Agreement to be signed, once we have received the deposit and finalized the application form.

4)     Monthly repayments can be made using a number of options.
