Falcon Crest Investment Limited (FCIL) is a wholly Ghanaian owned company registered in Ghana under the Companies Code of 1963, Act 179. The company was incorporated in December 2006 to acquire and take over the business of Falcon Crest Investment Enterprise duly registered under the Registration of Business Name Act 1962 (No 151) as BN 75,737C.

The Company is registered to provide Real Estate Development Services.

Since inception, Falcon Crest Investment Limited has embarked on the servicing and development of residential and industrial plots to improve upon the equity base for its core business -  the development of a-state-of-the-art real estate project at Shai Hills.

Currently, it has sold over 1000 serviced plots to its clients for development into residential and commercial buildings. The company is being governed and managed by competent officials and professionals with proven track records.

Falcon Crest Office is strategically located at East Legon, beside the Guest Hotel and the MTN East Legon branch office. The conducive and serene working environment has yielded a synergic effect on FCIL's sales and operations. The proximity of the company’s office to the Kotoka International Airport, makes it easier to attract and liaise with customers, hence, the substantial plot sales in the debut year of operation.

The company is also building its site office at Shai Hills - the project site, to coordinate all site operational activities and report to the Head Office.
