The planting of trees, South African Royal Palms and a variety of greens were planted at the commencement of the project.

Ornamental plants and trees have been strategically placed to provide privacy and shade around plots and outdoor living areas.

The plants, which are at various stage of development, can be seen in and around the Phase I Village.
